Collett (“Collett,” “we,” or “us”), which includes affiliated companies owned or controlled by Collett, wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information from and about you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information collected through services such as websites, Facebook and Instagram platforms, mobile sites, email, texts, and applications (“apps”) (collectively, the “The Shoppes at University Place”). By using The Shoppes at University Place Program, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
The Shoppes at University Place Program is for a general audience, is not targeted to children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

What we collect

This can include information provided when you participate in any type of contest or promotion, or when you communicate to The Shoppes at University Place. Cookies and Tracking Technologies: The Shoppes at University Place and our third-party vendors, such as Google, may use related tracking technologies to deliver and enhance the use of The Shoppes at University Place Program. The information we collect is used to improve the content and the quality of our Program, and without your consent we will not otherwise sell, license, or share your personal information to/with any other party(s) for commercial purposes, except: (a) to provide the Program, (b) when we have your permission, and/or (c) or under the following instances:
Affiliates: We may share the information we collect with our subsidiaries and affiliates for operational, marketing, and promotional purposes.

If The Shoppes at University Place sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of its assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or a material part of its business (including in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings) The Shoppes at University Place may transfer your information to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction.
Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Program may contain links to other websites. If you choose to “click on” a banner ad or other type of advertisement, or click on another third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that we link to a website or present a banner ad or other type of advertisement is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. Social Media Sharing
The Program may offer social sharing features or other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on the Program with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the social sharing feature. The fact that we link to or provide integrated tools for sharing with social media sites is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that social media site, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices.
If you access or log in to The Shoppes at University Place Program through a social media service or connect The Shoppes at University Place Program to a social media service, the information we collect may also include your user ID and/or user name associated with that social media service, any information or content you have permitted the social media service to share with us, such as your profile picture, email address or friends lists, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service. When you access The Shoppes at University Place through social media services or when you connect The Shoppes at University Place Program to social media services, you are authorizing The Shoppes at University Place to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Additionally, if you log in with or connect a social media service account with The Shoppes at University Place, we may share your username, picture, and likes, as well as your activities and comments with other The Shoppes at University Place Program users and with your friends associated with your social media service. We may also share the same information with the social media service provider. By logging in with or connecting your The Shoppes at University Place Program account with a social media service, you are authorizing us to share information we collect from and about you with the social media service provider, other users, and your friends, and you understand that the social media service’s use of the shared information will be governed by the social media service’s privacy policy. If you do not want your personal information shared in this way, please do not connect your social media service account with your The Shoppes at University Place Program account and do not participate in social sharing on The Shoppes at University Place
Securing Your Personal Info
The Shoppes at University Place firmly commits to keeping your information safe and uses all means necessary to do so. The Shoppes at University Place uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures to protect information in its possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. Data Retention

Because of the nature of caching technology, your account may not be instantly accessible to others. We may also retain backup information related to your account on our servers for some time after cancellation for fraud detection or to comply with applicable law or our internal security policies.
